Rajshahi Krishi Unnayan Bank (RAKUB) organised a special meeting with the officials of Bangladesh Bank at the bank’s head office in Rajshahi Tuesday.

Professor Dr. M Shah Nowaz Ali, chairman of the Board of Directors of the bank, presided over the meeting, said a press release.

Md Mofazzal Husain, Managing Director, Saifuddin Ahmed, Md Ekram Hossain, Prof Dr. Madan Mohan Dey and Prof Md Abaydur Rahman Pramanik, Directors, and Jamil Ahmed, Secretary, Md Abu Hanif Khan, Deputy Managing Director attended the meeting.

Nishith Kumar Saha, General Manager (Audit, Accounts & Recovery), Md Ekramul Haque, General Manager (Administration) of RAKUB, Md Humayun Kabir, General Manager of Bangladesh Bank Head Office, Md Rabiul Islam, General Manager (Current Charge) of Bangladesh Bank Rajshahi branch, Kazi Rafikun Nabi, Deputy General Manager, Rajshahi branch, and officials from the both organisations were also present at the meeting.

The meeting was discussed inspection report regarding the compliance of Bangladesh Bank based on the figure at the close of the business of RAKUB as on 30th June 2012 and taken important decisions in this regard.
